Tony Khan is an American businessman and sports executive who goes by the name Antony Rafiq Khan. Khan is a co-owner of the Jacksonville Jaguars and Fulham F.C. Tony Khan was born on October 10, 1982, in Urbana-Champaign, Illinois. He spent his early childhood in Denver and Phoenix, Arizona. His parents Shahid khan and Ann Carlson khan were immigrants from India and Pakistan. He also has a sister Shanna Khan.  

His father was interested in the business of buying real estate and the sport of cricket. At the age of 7, Tony moved to his mother’s family home back in Denver. After finishing High school he traveled to England on a trip to visit his uncle who lived there. In 2007, he received a bachelor’s degree of science in financé from the university.

Tony Kahn’s father purchased the Jacksonville Jaguars in 2011, and the following year Kahn would step in as co-owner and Senior Vice President of Technology and Analytics. He was named president of the Jaguars in 2013.

Kahn was an early investor in Athlete’s Performance, Inc., a sports training center in Phoenix, AZ, which would later become Peak Performance Sports. He then went on to co-found Athletes’ Performance (“AP“), which developed into a global organization with over 50 locations around the world and clients including professional athletes from Major League Baseball (MLB), European soccer, American football, and beyond.

Kahn was the creator of several fitness and agility training tools including the AP T-Pro Diagnostic Tool, AP Pro Soccer Trainer, and AP Athlete Training & Rehabilitation Manual. He also co-authored “The Athletic Development Center Field Guide” which provides athletes and coaches with a blueprint for athletic development through physical preparation, proper nutrition, injury prevention/rehabilitation, strength and conditioning, sports psychology and mental preparation and team sports-specific training.
